Return
How to return something, in three steps.
1. Register your return
Email us at support@delency.com with your order number and the item you would like to return, within 30 days of delivery. If you are in the EU and want to use your statutory right of withdrawal, you can also use the Withdraw from contract button in the footer of our website.
2. Send the item back
We will send you the return address. Once your return is approved, hand the parcel to the carrier within 14 days. Use the original packaging and a sturdy outer bag or box, include a note with your order number, ship with tracking and mark the parcel as a returned purchase. Return shipping is paid by you.
3. Receive your refund
Once your return arrives, it is checked within 10 business days. We then refund to your original payment method and you receive an email from us.
Wrong size? Exchange instead
Rather swap it? Just tell us the size or item you want in the same email, the rest works exactly like a return. Possible within 30 days, as long as the item is available. The first exchange of an order ships back to you free of charge.
What we need back
Items must come back unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Footwear may be tried on indoors only and must come back with the shoe box undamaged, packed inside an outer box. Sunglasses need the case, the cloth and the protective film. Fragrances can only be returned in the sealed box with the film intact and the bottle unopened, for reasons of hygiene. So that you can try a scent first, we include a sample with every fragrance order and sell testers separately. You can find all details in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Customers in the EU, EEA, UK and Turkey
In addition to our 30 day return policy, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery. This right exists by law and is not limited by anything on this page. To declare your withdrawal, an informal email to support@delency.com is enough, or you use the Withdraw from contract button in the footer: enter your name, order number and email address, confirm, and you receive the confirmation by email.
