Shipping policy
Every order is packed carefully and dispatched from our warehouse in Germany within 1 business day. As soon as your parcel leaves us, you receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email.
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum order value. We ship with DHL Premium.

These times are estimates and start on the day after dispatch. They can be longer during sale periods and around public holidays.
Tracking
You can follow your parcel any time with the link in your shipping confirmation. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.
Fragrances
Fragrances contain alcohol and count as dangerous goods for transport purposes. They cannot be sent to every destination and not with every service. Any restriction is shown to you in the checkout before you pay.
Orders outside the European Union
All customs duties and import fees on your order are covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price, nothing extra is due on delivery. If import charges are nevertheless invoiced to you, send us the receipt at support@delency.com and we refund them.
Delivery address
Please double check your address at checkout. Noticed a mistake? Email us at support@delency.com right away. Once a parcel has been dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because it was refused, not collected or sent to an incomplete address, we contact you. You can choose between a new shipment and a refund. The cost of the return leg is set out in our terms of service.
